Prior to founding Ken Wax & Associates in 1992, his business background included senior sales and marketing management positions at Lotus Development, Graphic Communications, Software Arts, and in distribution with Ingram. Before that, he was a buyer for Macy's.

Ken and his associates have developed tactical workshops and sales tools for clients of all sizes, and have taught customer-centric sales approaches in a dozen countries.
